A 27-year industry veteran, William has completed more than $250 million in acquisitions, bringing deep expertise and a hands-on approach to every stage of the investment process—from sourcing opportunities and acquisitions to financing and leasing.
With roots in retail leasing, Bill and the W. Monroe team deliver deep local knowledge with a national-level market insight. Founded on integrity, patience, and long-term partnerships, W. Bill also serves on the Board of Hope for Children Research Foundation, a Member of ICSC and Realty Resources, and a member of the Passaic County Football Hall of Fame.
